深圳市得润贸易有限公司成立于2003年，是一家集国际贸易，国(内)际商业和物质供销业为主体，以各类进出口商品为辅的中型企业。

基于深圳市扩大开发，实施“走出去”战略的综合平台以及深圳市打造“内陆开放高地”的重要支撑，得润公司在老挝发起并且主导，成立了“老挝进出口集团公司”和“老挝国际烟草集团有限公司”，烟草公司于2009年8月经老挝人民民主共和国政府报请国家议会批准，以深圳市得润贸易有限公司为主体与老挝政府共同组建。

Shenzhen Must Moisten Trade Group Co., Ltd, established in 2003, is medium-sized enterprise which is mainly based on international trade, domestic and international business as well as material supply and marketing industry, and supplemented by all kinds of import and export commodities.

Based on the integrated platform of development expansion and “go out ” strategy implemented by Shenzhen city as well as the important support of Shenzhen’s aspiration to become the leader of inland open economy, both Lao Import and Export Group Co., Ltd and Lao International Tobacco Group Co., Ltd were founded under the launch and domination of Must Moisten Trade Group Co., Ltd. The latter Lao International Tobacco Group Co., Ltd was established by Shenzhen Must Moisten Trade Group Co., Ltd as a subject associated with the Laos government under the approval of national parliament submitted by the government of Lao Peoples Democratic Republic.
